2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, product descriptions, logos, graphics, and digital materials, is the property of Savannah Galerie and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

Savannah Galerie accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or any of its content.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or the accuracy of product descriptions, colors, or images, as these may vary depending on the user’s device and screen settings.

All purchases, including custom or original artworks, are made at the customer’s own risk, and Savannah Galerie shall not be held liable for subjective dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse.

4. Non-Refundable Custom & Personalized Artworks

All custom, made-to-order, or personalized artworks and prints are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act and international trade practices.

Effective May 18, 2025, all original artworks and custom prints will be signed, dated, and personalized with the customer’s name or identifying mark, making them unique and unsellable to other customers. This ensures no right of return or refund applies to these purchases.

5. Product Information & Representation

While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and visuals, all artworks are handmade and unique, which means slight variations in texture, color, and appearance are natural and expected.

Colors may appear differently on your device. These variations do not qualify as defects or valid reasons for return or refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, using tracked shipping in protective packaging.

Savannah Galerie is not responsible for customs fees, delays, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Damages or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost, you must contact both the courier and Savannah Galerie within 7 days. We will assist with claims, but we cannot guarantee compensation unless approved by the shipping provider.

8. Unclaimed Packages

Failure to collect your package will result in return shipping and handling fees being charged to you, or deducted from any applicable refund if the item is eligible.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and any disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

Savannah Galerie reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
